Kampuja Surya Bookstore


		Kampuja Surya Bookstore is one part of Buddhist Institute, which had been built and public sold in 2002. There are many kind of books that were sold in this bookstore such as the book that related to our culture, civilization, history, Khmer poem, and especially Buddhism. Most of the Buddha books were written by wisemen.

The history creation of Khmer state book, history from 1st century to 6th century, and culture of Khmer soren. Those books were written and researched by Dr. Michel Dranel. But, the understanding of Buddhism in Khmer social and Basics of world ethics are Khlot Thida’s written.

Moreover, Kampuja Surya Magazine is the book that published by Buddhist Institute. This magazine was re-published in 1994. Therefore, we hadn’t published since 1975, cause our country had a war. All articles that showed in this magazine are including like general literature, literature of Buddhism, other events, and national ceremonies.
The reasons why this institute has to build this book store. Because it can distribute and provide all kind of books that related to our country as you see above. Today, the process of working in this bookstore is to control of selling books and enlarge of activities in marketing.
